And it now has quickly become my most favorite wardrobe piece when it comes to anything fancy.
I know you’re probably laughing.
Mom of three little kids: fancy. Ha ha ha.
Trust me, I know.
But I think that is one of the reasons why I love it so much. Because I almost feel as though I fully transform when I put it on.
Nothing says NOT a mom of little dictators like a fluffy white skirt.
No minions surrounding me. Bathroom breaks by myself. (Hopefully) a fun drink in my hand.
I mean, it just feels like I’m the leading lady of another life.
Almost like a Cinderella story. The clock will expire at midnight, and the tiny sticky fingers of the littles will return.
But for that one evening. I felt like a princess.
So real quick, these have been my favorite ways to style this skirt this holiday season.
First: something a little more effortless and casual. Plaid.
Next, another simply understated look with a plain crew neck sweater and statement necklace.
And finally, a little neutral glam with this sequin t-shirt.
Sequin Shirt: Mindy Mae’s Market (sold out) // Skirt: Gray Monroe (similar) // Shoes: Thrifted
I’ve also pinned several other fun white tulle skirt looks, but for Christmas, these have been my faves!
Come back tomorrow for a few more of my go-to holiday outfits (that don’t include a white tulle skirt). 🙂
