Slowly I’ve been adding bits of greenery and tiny pops of Christmas throughout the house.
I’ve never decorated the kids’ bathroom before, but when I saw these rugs at Homegoods, I knew they’d add the perfect amount of vintage whimsy for their bathroom.
This bathroom’s design choices have been some of my very favorite in the whole house. It was literally one of the ONLY spaces that I had a very clear vision for from the very beginning.
Our hardwood floors, white shaker cabinets, the dark contrasting quartz countertops and oil rubbed bronze fixtures were all a must.
Shiplap and rustic wood accents were the finishing touches to round out the space.
A fun design touch that I chose for each bathroom was contrasting faucets.
All of the bathroom fixtures are oil rubbed bronze (light fixture, bath/tub faucet, cabinet hardware, TP holder) but I wanted a slight pop against the dark countertops, so I chose these chrome faucets. With everything else oil rubbed bronze, the room feels completely anchored and put together.
That’s it for our bathroom Christmas touches.
Do you decorate bathrooms at all? What are you go-to touches?
