Spring means things are turning anew. And not to sound too much like an old person always talking about the weather, but good Lord, this Seattle girl needs some SUN.
BBQs. Park days. Picnics.
This fall and winter were so full of transition, that I think our family is ready for spring. Ready to kick off our shoes a bit. Settle into this new community we’ve become a part of.
I’m ready for each hook in here to be filled with a towel from every neighbor boy and girl alike. That’s getting a little ahead of myself though, because let’s be honest, TOWEL weather around these parts doesn’t usually come until about August. 🙂
For now, we’re still slogging through the rain and muck, gearing up for our first time tackling two kids in the same sport season (baseball!), and loving the teases of sun that we get when they come.
Things are blooming, and I’m grateful to start a new season…both outside, and in our hearts.
